Ausbil Investment Management Ltd has adjusted its position in TopBuild Corp. (NYSE:BLD), reducing its stake by 50.2% in the third quarter. The firm now holds 4,279 shares in TopBuild, a construction company, following a sale of 4,314 shares. This shift was reported in a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Other significant institutional investors have also made changes to their holdings. Vanguard Group Inc., for instance, increased its stake in TopBuild by a slight margin in the first quarter, now owning nearly 2.99 million shares. Meanwhile, Liontrust Investment Partners LLP took a more aggressive approach, raising its position by 21.1% in the second quarter. They currently hold over 332,000 shares.
Additional adjustments were seen with Bank of New York Mellon Corp, which raised its stake by 0.8% in the second quarter, bringing its total to 261,965 shares. Lazard Asset Management LLC also made a notable move, increasing its stake by 18.2% in the first quarter. They now hold 168,423 shares.
DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale added to its position in TopBuild during the second quarter, growing its holdings by 7.6% with the acquisition of 10,000 additional shares.
