Matthew Moulding, the chief executive officer of The Hut Group (THG), is going to receive one of the biggest payouts in UK's corporate history.
Matthew will receive at least £830 million in shares after the Hut Group’s share price rose to hit targets set at its flotation on the London Stock Exchange in September.
If the share price of the company rises further to a market value of £7.25 billion, Matthew’s total share award will increase further. Sensyne Health plc signs five-year Research Agreement with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust
Sensyne Health plc has entered a pact with the Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and has signed a five-year non-exclusive Strategic Research Agreement. As per the agreement, Somerset will be getting 1,428,571 ordinary shares in Sensyne Health plc representing 1.11 per cent of the existing issued share capital of the company. The agreement is expected to provide an ethical application of clinical AI research to enhance patient care and fast-track research into new medicines.
