The company has announced placement of placing of new ordinary shares of 1Â 17/200Â pence each.
Certain directors and members of the senior management team intend to subscribe to new ordinary shares.
The total number of placing shares and subscription shares will not exceed 19.99 per cent. of the company's existing share capital
The net proceeds of the placement will be used to strengthen the company's balance sheet and working capital
On 25^th March 2020, at the time of writing, GMT 09:31 AM, SSPG shares were trading at GBX 273.50, up by 38 points or 16.14% against the previous day closing price.
