- SIG Plc (SHI) has entered into an agreement for sale with France Air Management SA for its Air Handling Division.
- The enterprise value for the deal is of EUR 222.7m (£198.3m) on a cash-free, debt-free basis and is of approximately 10.2x underlying operating profit.
- Separately it has entered into an agreement for the sale of Building Solutions (National) Limited to Kingspan Holdings (Panels) Limited for a consideration of £37.5million on a cash-free, debt-free basis.
