PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works gets approval for Q3 2019 dividend

PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (LON: MMK) has informed that EGM approved dividends for Q3 2019.

  • An Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the company, held on 27 December 2019 with absentee voting, approved by majority vote a dividend on MMK's issued ordinary registered shares of RUB 1.650 per share inclusive of taxes for the third quarter of 2019.
  • The company has further reported that as per the Federal Law on Joint-Stock companies, the dividend will be paid in cash by bank transfer within the period.
  • The close of trading on 15 January 2020 has been fixed as dividend record date.
  • On 31st December 2019, at the time of writing, GMT 08:06 AM, MMK shares were trading at USD 8.86, up by 0.14 points or 1.55% against the previous day closing price.
