  i3 Energy Plc (LON: I3E) has released a corporate and funding update.
  • In furtherance to its 2019 drilling campaign at Serenity and Liberator, the company is now planning for a mid-2020 appraisal programme.
  • The appraisal programme will be aimed to demarcate the fields which the company considers could contain over 600 MMbbls P50 STOIIP.
  • The company has reported that it now has 9,503,798 warrants exercisable at 40p/share, notional £8 million warrants exercisable at 40.7p/share, £8 million warrants exercisable at 48.1p/share, £8 million warrants exercisable at 55.5p/share, and 5,021,313 warrants exercisable at 56.85p/share.
  • On 2nd January 2020, at the time of writing, GMT 08:01 AM, I3E shares were trading at GBX 13.25, up by 1.00 points or 8.16% against the previous day closing price.
