Brave Bison Group plc announces a new appointment of an Interim Chairman

  • The company announces that 75,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each were today sold by the company from the shares held in Treasury.
  • Brave Bison (AIM: BBSN) announced that Oliver Green, Non-Executive Director, has assumed the role of Interim Chairman of the Company.
  • The company also reported Miriam Mulcahy would be stepping down as Non-Executive Director on 31 January 2020 and Paul Marshall will be stepping down as Non-Executive Director on 20 January 2020.
  • The company’s shares were trading at GBX 1.28 per share prior to the close of the market on 31st December 2019, no change as compared to the previous day.
