Netflix releases

Netflix might be the most prolific streaming platform as it does not fail to deliver quality content by producing original shows and movies. During the pandemic, the US-based provider saw a significant increase in sales, leaving many competitors far behind in the number of subscribers.

For January, Netflix has come up with a diverse range of television shows and movies, as well as original documentaries and films for children.

The most unusual show ever released on Netflix, History of Swear Words, whose host is the all-time renowned actor - Nicholas Cage, will be released on 5 January.

Academy Award winner Cage will be interviewing a panel of experts, entertainers, and even linguists who deeply understand the history of bad words, how they originated, and what made them become swear words.

The documentary show will consist of six episodes that are each 20 minutes long.
