Seven men have been charged and millions of dollars worth of drugs and luxury vehicles have been seized after South Australian police smashed an interstate smuggling network.

The organised crime syndicate was allegedly growing cannabis and trafficking commercial quantities of the drug from SA to NSW and Queensland, police say.

"These searches and arrests demonstrate that SA police is resolute in its pursuit of those who choose to involve themselves in organised crime," Detective Superintendent Billy Thompson said on Wednesday.

Officers arrested the men, aged between 30 and 41, on Tuesday as detectives raided 13 properties across Adelaide.

They face a raft of drug offences, including drug trafficking, money laundering, cannabis cultivation, interfering with an electricity metre, diverting electricity and possession of drug-growing equipment.

Police also seized 200kg of dried cannabis, which has an estimated street value of $1 million and more than $370,000 cash.

More than a dozen vehicles were impounded, including a Ford Ranger ute, a Lamborghini, a Jaguar, a Range Rover, a Harley Davidson motorbike, a Mercedes G-Wagon, a Mercedes 4WD ute and a Holden VL Commodore Calais.

Detectives also found 33 cannabis plants, a large-scale hydroponic growing set up and jewellery and alcohol worth $80,000.

Four men were released on bail and three others were remanded in custody, with all scheduled to appear in SA courts over the next three months.
