Hong Kong’s Disneyland is set to remain close for at least two weeks amid Covid-19 outbreak from Friday following the theme parks announcement on Wednesday. The theme park will close its entrance until 20 January, which might extend based on the pandemic.

Apart from this, Disney also announced the closure of iconic Monorail at Disneyland, and the reopening date is yet to be announced.
Technically, Hong Kong’s Disneyland had a few shorter closures since resuming operations, and the January closure would be the fifth temporary closure of the park. Although every country is different, the back-to-back closures of the theme park can impact the business as theme parks have always played an essential role in the company’s business.
