This campaign was crafted in response to new insights from a regional consumer study revealing significant shifts in people's fitness motivations. Spanning nearly 9,000 individuals throughout eight markets, the survey shows 61% of respondents prioritizing better sleep and 49% focused on mental well-being, placing these above traditional goals like weight or strength management. While 60% cite exercise as the most important fitness strategy, only 14% use commercial gyms, with most relying on daily movement—chores, commuting, home workouts.
