Excelity Global, India and Asia Pacific's largest payroll service provider, announced the launch of Excelia - an AI-powered chat assistant that addresses employee queries. Excelia manages specific processes, such as employee onboarding, training and information gathering and frees HR departments from much of the monotonous work that commonly keeps them from the core of their jobs. It taps into the Excelity's central human resources (HR) information system and allows the bot to give "instant and individualised responses" specifically tailored to an employees unique profile.

The interactivity and personalization available within Excelia via the contemporary conversational interface makes it an ideal choice for employee engagement and interaction across multiple business verticals. It is designed to be easily customizable, allowing users to complete everything from simple tasks to automating complicated workflows.
