GoldHaven Resources Corp. (CSE:GOH) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Boa Gold Corp. (“Boa Gold”), a company that holds a 100% ownership interest in four promising gold projects in Brazil, namely Copeçal, Bahia North, Bahia South, and Iguatu. This acquisition was executed pursuant to the amalgamation agreement dated December 16, 2024, between GoldHaven, Boa Gold, and 1516478 B.C. Ltd. (“Subco”).

The acquisition grants GoldHaven 100% ownership of four key gold projects in Brazil: Copeçal, Bahia North, Bahia South, and Iguatu. These projects are strategically located in some of Brazil’s most promising gold exploration regions, providing GoldHaven with significant upside potential.

Copeçal Gold Project: Key Highlights
The Copeçal Gold Project is the centerpiece of the acquisition. It is located within the Juruena Gold Province, a high-ranking gold belt in Brazil. The project covers 3,681 hectares of strategically positioned ground and features a 6km gold strike anomaly. Additionally, Copeçal includes two pre-defined drill targets, making it a drill-ready property for immediate exploration. The project is also in proximity to Altamira Gold’s significant discoveries and enjoys excellent infrastructure, including access to water, roads, and energy.
