RooLife Group Ltd (ASX: RLG) has confirmed robust China revenue performance in November 2020 and 11.11 sales period, projecting a decent growth figure of 20% this quarter. The company has also teamed up with Reid Fruits and launched their WeChat mini app onto the WeChat platform.

The e-Commerce marketing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) firm is on track for nearly 20% revenue growth over the previous quarter thanks to the recent launch of three e-Commerce stores - Nuria, COLAB, and Kiwi Health stores.

RLG continues to expand its client base, with its latest partnership with Reid Fruits, one of Australia's largest cherry producers. RLG has launched the Reid Fruits WeChat mini app onto the WeChat platform.

Catering to Reid Fruits, RLG will deliver its digital marketing services for China and will offer all social media activity and e-commerce promotion within WeChat and Little Red Book.

The partnership is significant as it integrates Reid Fruits with a consumer engagement platform and media campaigns customised as per its key markets by RooLife in China. It also gives Reid Fruits strong brand protection capabilities by combining scientific and digital security measures.

The initial revenue to be generated from this alliance is not expected to be significantly material. However, it is the first time an application is offering combined product verification and marketing solutions.

Reid Fruits became the country's first horticultural exporter to integrate Laava Smart Fingerprints and Source Certain International (SCI) provenance verification technology with RooLife's Guzhang consumer engagement and social commerce platform. Reid Fruits took the initiative to confirm the company's provenance and authenticity to Chinese consumers.

Commercial Director and Joint-CEO of Laava, Gavin Ger commented that it is an honour for them to partner again with Reid Fruits. He added that the company was delighted to be collaborating with Source Certain and RLG to bring the power of Laava's combined Australian technology to preserve and improve one of Australia's most esteemed export brands.

Source Certain COO, Grant Erskine said that the company applies scientific verification technology within ongoing programs to ensure that the integrity of the food is protected when it moves from top-quality producers like Reid Fruits at their farms in Tasmania to the consumers.

Alibaba's shopping festival adds to the revenue growth

The three brands Nuria, COLAB, and Kiwi Health online stores were launched in advance of Alibaba's Singles Day online shopping festival on 11 November (11.11) to capitalise most out of the annual event. RLG is experiencing good traction with Chinese consumers, and it has kept the expected revenue growth on track.

RooLife is all set for the upcoming launch of two new online stores in China in the coming months with contracted brands Total Beauty Network's INIKA Organic, and Blis Technologies Limited (NZX:BLT), the highly successful cosmetic brand and the developer of the world's first advanced oral probiotics.

On 18 November 2020, RLG closed the day's trade at AUD 0.029, up by 3.571% with a market capitalisation of AUD 16.23 million.
