The leading e-commerce and digital marketing company, RooLife Group Ltd (ASX: RLGhas joined hands with Ignite Growth Brands as the exclusive Cross Border e-Commerce provider for China. As per the deal, RLG will market and sell an award-winning French organic cosmetic brand, Kadalys in the Chinese market.

With a reputation for launching brands in the Chinese market, RooLife has been assigned the responsibilities for establishing the Kadalys brand in China. RLG will also be responsible for the digital marketing, sales and brand management services of Kadalys.

RooLife alliance with Ignite Growth Brands

The two-year agreement to launch and establish an Alibaba Tmall store will add to RLG's revenue base. It will offer the company with a combination of monthly service fees and product sales revenue from marketing and selling the Kadalys range of beauty products.

The deal is expected to deliver a total revenue of nearly AUD 1.1 million throughout the contract, subject to sales and performance milestones. The revenue will be achieved if the minimum sales targets, which will be increased each year, are met with the choice of both parties to extend the contract into a third year.

The latest deal takes the value to RooLife's announced contract wins since March 2020 to AUD 12.3 million in TCV, subject to minimum annual sales targets being met for each contract.
