- archTIS enters US Department of Defense with NC Protect software
- Initial deployment includes 1,000 licenses in Microsoft DoD365 cloud
- Full rollout planned for 150,000 warfighter network users
archTIS (ASX:AR9) has marked a major stride into the United States defense sector by licensing its flagship NC Protect software to the US Department of Defense (DoD). The move represents a significant validation of archTIS’s advanced data security capabilities, especially within tightly controlled environments like the US defense ecosystem.
The initial deal covers 1,000 licenses of NC Protect software, which is designed to deliver data-centric security and dynamic access controls within cloud collaboration environments. Valued at approximately $38,500 over a six-month period, the agreement was finalized after extensive testing by a prime contractor tasked with identifying a solution that could meet the DoD’s rigorous compliance and operational standards.
NC Protect was the only platform able to satisfy the Department’s highly customized Microsoft DoD365 cloud environment. It offers attribute-based access control (ABAC), a critical feature that ensures sensitive defense data is only accessible based on strict user credentials, locations, and contextual parameters. The integration provides scalable and secure communications across command chains and allied forces.
This milestone aligns with archTIS’s strategic goal to expand into one of the world’s most competitive and compliance-driven markets. The engagement reflects both the capabilities of NC Protect and the broader trust archTIS has earned in protecting classified and mission-critical information.
The next phase of deployment will scale significantly, with plans to extend the software to 150,000 users across the warfighter network. This vital communication infrastructure connects various military branches—infantry, aviation, logistics, and intelligence—allowing for seamless coordination and operational efficiency. The anticipated contract signing for this phase is expected within the coming months and is positioned as a key catalyst for archTIS's growth in the 2026 financial year.
archTIS (AR9) executives highlighted the importance of this development. They emphasized the growing demand for secure collaboration tools in high-risk environments and underscored the company's readiness to support global defense and intelligence initiatives through scalable and trusted technology.
The successful entry into the US defense landscape not only strengthens archTIS’s market presence but also paves the way for broader adoption across government and allied defense networks worldwide.
