Management Commentary
As per Kristy Carr, Founder and CEO, Bubs Australia Limited, by forging a relationship with Walmart, all of Bubs® infant formula and toddler formula products will go on shelf in around 800 stores across central and mid-west America. This would be in addition to Bubs existing online, Walmart.com sales channel. As a result, addition of Walmart will increase Bubs bricks and mortar exposure in US to around 4,800 stores across 35 States.
While Bubs claims to be continuing its work with Australian and other existing global partners, the present deal is to expand its physical retail footprint. The management has therefore also thanked the US government for providing it such an opportunity and for offering ongoing support and guidance.
