Oneview Healthcare Plc (ASX:ONE), a provider of patient experience solutions, has strengthened its collaboration with Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX) by extending their agreement for an additional two years and expanding it to cover the Canadian market. This enhancement builds on an initial Value-Added Reseller Agreement established in June 2023, which previously applied only to the U.S. Through this partnership, Baxter has been promoting and integrating Oneview’s technology across its Care & Connectivity Solutions division.
A central focus of this collaboration is the deployment of Oneview’s Care Experience Platform, a comprehensive, cloud-hosted system designed to enhance patient engagement and streamline communication within healthcare facilities. The platform includes several digital tools, such as patient televisions, tablets, digital door signs, and whiteboards, all aimed at improving connectivity between patients, families, and care teams. These technologies enable a more seamless flow of information, allowing patients to stay better informed about their treatment and care plans.
Recently, Oneview introduced its Digital Door Sign product to two Baxter clients, underscoring the momentum behind their partnership. Additionally, Oneview has received a purchase order to deliver its full suite of patient television, digital whiteboard, and door sign products to new healthcare settings. These innovations are designed to simplify and enhance the patient’s overall experience, providing an interactive layer of communication that supports patient-centered care.
The partnership also includes a collaborative product roadmap to ensure continuous integration and expansion of Oneview’s solutions within Baxter’s Care Communications Portfolio. This roadmap aligns the strategic objectives of both companies, aiming to further improve patient experiences and care outcomes in healthcare facilities across the U.S. and Canada.
James Fitter, CEO of Oneview, expressed enthusiasm about the expanded collaboration. Highlighting the impact on Oneview’s mission, he remarked that this agreement provides unmatched access to the U.S. and Canadian markets, positioning Oneview to make significant strides in healthcare. “With Baxter’s extensive commercial teams in the U.S. and Canada working alongside our technology, we aim to enhance patient care and operational efficiency in healthcare facilities across both regions,” Fitter noted.
With the partnership now encompassing North America, both companies are set to make a tangible difference in healthcare environments by leveraging Oneview’s innovative solutions alongside Baxter’s broad reach and expertise.
