Spark Plus Conference to Highlight Emerging ASX-Listed Companies During Singapore F1 Week

Organizers are predicting a strong turnout at a unique event featuring ASX-listed companies in Singapore later this month. 

The Spark Plus Australian Equities Day conference will be held at the prestigious Marina Bay Sands hotel, showcasing a range of emerging companies and market stories. The event, scheduled from 10 am to 6 pm on Friday, 20 September, coincides with the Singapore Grand Prix Formula One race week. 

Over 150 participants are anticipated to attend presentations from 12 ASX-listed companies across various sectors. 

Event Highlights 
The conference will include corporate engagement sessions, market insights, thematic discussions, and networking opportunities with industry professionals. Featured participants include Peter Christie of Activeport (ASX:ATV), Iggy Tan from Altech Batteries (ASX:ATC), Michael Baker of Arovella Therapeutics (ASX:ALA), Jayne Shaw from BCAL Diagnostics (ASX:BDX), Brian Leedman of BlinkLab (ASX:BB1), Glenn Cross from EZZ Life Science (ASX:EZZ), Bruce Lane of GTI Energy (ASX:GTR), Gernot Abl from Lithium Universe (ASX:LU7), Dr. Michael Thurn of PharmAust (ASX:PAA), and Gary Phillips from Syntara (ASX:SNT). 

Session Overview 
Session 1 will focus on topics such as "Transforming Renewable Energy and the Gig Economy" and "Defining and Developing Economic ISR Uranium Resources in the United States." 

Session 2 will explore subjects including "Delivering Software-Defined Networking (SDN) Solutions for the Global Telecommunications and IT Sectors," global agricultural innovations from an Australian company, and advancements in solid-state sodium chloride batteries by Altech. 

Session 3 will highlight pioneering medical innovations, including cell therapy, new treatments for rare blood cancers, and the use of monepantel (MPL) in treating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). 

The event will conclude with discussions on diagnostics, lifestyle, and wellbeing, covering novel blood screening tests, scientifically formulated health and skincare products, and smartphone-based diagnostics for autism using AI and machine learning. 

Additionally, a panel discussion on the Australian equities market will feature Lelde Smits from The Stock Network, Tony Davies from EFM Asset Management, Jonathan Chi from ICM Global Funds, and Shaun Cartwright of Anadara Funds Management. 

Spark Plus Managing Director Omar Taheri described it as the largest event the company has hosted to date, including opportunities for participants to attend the Formula 1 race and network on a yacht.
