  • Maiden drilling at Lincoln Project expected in September following site preparation

  • Company continues to progress projects in Senegal alongside new US exploration

Haranga Resources (ASX:HAR), listed on the All Ordinaries, has officially finalised the acquisition of the Lincoln Gold Project located in California, United States. The confirmation follows the completion of due diligence and positions the company to diversify geographically beyond its African resource base.

The Lincoln Project spans a significant portion of the historic Mother Lode region and includes a defined gold resource across a consolidated strike zone. The move aligns with Haranga’s broader strategy to build a diversified, multi-commodity exploration profile that includes gold and uranium assets across key mining jurisdictions.

Equity-Based Transaction Anchors California Entry

The acquisition was finalised through an equity-based agreement with Seduli Holdings. As part of the deal, Haranga issued a substantial allotment of shares to both Seduli and affiliated parties, including Seduli’s debt holders and transaction facilitators.

This structure enables Haranga to preserve capital while securing control over the Lincoln Project, which will serve as a springboard for the company’s North American exploration plans. The Lincoln acquisition follows Haranga’s established exploration focus in Senegal, expanding the company’s operational footprint into a second continent.

Drilling Program and Resource Update on the Horizon

With the acquisition finalised, Haranga is preparing for its maiden drilling program at Lincoln. The campaign is expected to commence in September, pending the completion of necessary on-ground work. The company has indicated that its intention is to deliver a JORC-compliant resource estimate before the end of the calendar year.

This exploration milestone is projected to help define the broader development potential of the project, contributing to Haranga’s goal of becoming a multi-regional exploration company with gold and uranium as core commodities.

Haranga Maintains Momentum Across African Assets

While the Lincoln Project gains momentum, Haranga continues development at its African assets. The company holds the Saraya Uranium Project and Ibel-South gold permit in Senegal, both of which remain part of its long-term exploration portfolio.

The dual-continent exposure now gives Haranga a broader resource base, positioning it across both gold and uranium sectors with increasing visibility in global markets.

What is the location of Haranga's newly acquired Lincoln Project?

When is Haranga’s maiden drilling campaign at Lincoln expected?
