  • The benchmark index ASX 200 was up 0.442% at 6537.300 points at 11:39 AM AEST today.
  • The share prices of four ASX-listed stocks, REA Group Limited, Tabcorp Holdings Limited, Seek Limited, and News Corporation, have been on investors’ radar lately.

The ASX 200 opened in green today (June 23) and was up 0.442% to 6537.300 points at 11:39 AM AEST. Nine out of 11 sectors traded higher today, with A-REIT emerging as the best performing sector. The two sectors which traded in the red zone included the Energy and Materials sectors. The fall in oil prices by almost 3% and the drop in commodity prices seem to have pushed these two sectors down today.

The S&P/ASX 200 Consumer Discretionary Index (XDJ) was up 1.435% at 2691.900 points at 11:51 AM AEST, while the S&P/ASX 200 Communication Services Index (XTJ) was 0.831% higher at 1357.900 points at 11:55 AM AEST.

The share price of ASX-listed company REA Group Limited traded 2.054% higher at AU$105.320 at 10:55 AM AEST today. REA Group operates as a global digital business specialising in property and has a market capitalisation of AU$13.63 billion. In the last one year, REA Group Limited shares have fallen almost 37.48%, while the stock is down nearly 38.54% year-to-date (YTD).

Tabcorp Holdings Limited (ASX:TAH)

The shares of ASX-listed gambling company Tabcorp Holdings Limited traded 0.469% lower at AU$1.060 per share on ASX at 12:17 PM AEST today. The company falls in the Consumer Services industry group and has a market capitalisation of AU$2.37 billion. The share price of Tabcorp Holdings Limited has gained nearly 5.56% in the last one year, while the stock is up almost 4.70% on YTD. 

 

Seek Limited (ASX:SEK)

Seek Limited share price was spotted trading 1.635% higher at AU$19.890 per share on ASX at 12:35 PM AEST today. The company operates in online employment marketplaces across Asia Pacific and Latin America. With the help of artificial intelligence and technology, Seek connects candidates with companies. The company has a market capitalisation of AU$6.92 billion. In the last one year, shares of Seek Limited have fallen nearly 40.57%, while the stock is down almost 41.45% on YTD. 

 

News Corporation (ASX:NWS)

News Corporation shares traded 0.679% higher at AU$22.230 per share on ASX at 12:42 PM AEST today. In the last one year, the share price of News Corporation has declined nearly 30.18%, while the stock is down up to 30.75% on YTD. The company has a market capitalisation of AU$12.92 billion. News Corporation falls in the media & entertainment industry group.
