Alta Zinc Limited (ASX:AZI)

Mineral exploration company, Alta Zinc Limited released its Q4 FY2020 results for the period ended 30 June 2020.

Q4 drilling results had high grade and thick mineralised intercepts drilled at Pian Bracca. Channel sampling was done 850 metres north-west of Pian Bracca into the prospective Ponente area, where a new potentially high-grade exploration target was discovered.

Strike Resources Limited (ASX:SRK)

International mineral exploration company Strike Resources Limited, on 17 July 2020, announced its Q4 results (period ended 30 June 2020). During the period, SRK:

  • Completed Revised Scoping Study for its Paulsens East Iron Ore Project. Reported brilliant project economics based on a 1.5Mtpa production rate.
  • Made progress on project development. It is progressing discussions with Traditional Owners towards a Mining deal. It also appointed engineering consultancy Engenium to supervise the development of project Feasibility Study. Further, the company is undertaking several geophysical, geotechnical & water management studies. Progress was made towards the execution of MOU for ore haulage services.

LiveTiles Limited, a technology company, known as the global leader in intranet and workplace technology software reported positive quarterly operating cash flow of A$1.2 million in Q4 FY2020 (period ended 30 June 2020). Cash in hand grew by A$4 million to A$37.8 million. Annualised recurring revenue was up 45% (at cc) to reach A$58.2 million.

  • In Q2, BRN completed the Akida Wafer Fabrication.
  • Completed placement of ordinary shares with proceeds worth A$3.12 million.
  • Professor Simon J. Thorpe and Professor Barry J. Marshall appointed to the Scientific Advisory Board.

  • Record cash receipts worth A$3.42 million.
  • Strong performance of acquired businesses.
  • Expected to reach guidance for annual revenues/cash receipts in CY2020 in the range A$14-A$18 million.

Oil and gas exploration company, Strata-X Energy Limited during Q4 FY2020 (ended 30 June 2020) entered a binding Scheme Implementation Deal to merge & become Pure Energy which would focus on the development of considerable natural gas resources.

The company completed a revised Heads of Agreement with BotsGas Pty Ltd for a farmin program designed to de-risk the Serowe CSG Project. If the project is successful, then it would lead to sufficient reserves to secure a foundation Gas Sales deal.

Outstanding assay results from the drilling programs have more than doubled the possible scale of mineralisation at Mandilla. Assessment on the high-resolution Drone Magnetic Survey completed and new areas of low magnetic response was pointed for planned for drill testing.
