Stealth is an international distribution group founded in Perth in 2014. The company supplies healthcare, safety, industrial and workplace consumable products to business customers. It serves multiple industry sectors, but the special focus is on resources construction engineering, general trade and manufacturing industry.

With an integrated network of branches, sales representative and call centres the company positions itself as a disruptive online platform. It works on multi-channel business model to enable faster and smoother sales and distribution while offering one-stop service for supply and logistics. The company has its operation across Australia, Africa, UK, Europe and Asia.

Stealth Global Holdings Ltd is attempting to raise $12.5 million through its Initial Public Offer. On 10 August 2018 the company lodged a prospectus with Australian Securities and Investments Commission for the offer of up to 62,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share. Argonaut Securities Pty Limited and Hartley’s Limited are acting as the joint lead managers to the offer. 

In a recent media interview, Group Managing Director Mike Arnold told the public that out of $12.5 million raising, $7.75 million will be utilized for an acquisition of a company called Heatley Safety and Industrial, in Western Australia while the balance will be invested in stocks for expansion in Australia and offshore.
