Highlights

  • Over 7,000 global participants expected in Singapore
  • Major AI themes: robotics, biotech, climate, finance
  • AI startups compete for over US$200,000 in funding

Singapore is set to cement its position as a global AI hub when it hosts SuperAI Summit 2025 at Marina Bay Sands from 18–19 June 2025. Now in its second year, the event is rapidly evolving into the region’s leading artificial intelligence conference, anticipating more than 7,000 attendees from over 100 countries.

Following a strong inaugural edition in 2024, which welcomed 5,000 participants, the upcoming summit will occupy the full fifth level of the venue. This expanded setup includes multiple stages, immersive showcases, and competitive arenas, bringing together a diverse crowd of developers, investors, academics, founders, and enterprise leaders.

Deep-Dive into AI Frontiers

SuperAI 2025 will explore real-world AI applications across five critical sectors: robotics, healthcare and biotech, finance, climate tech, and decentralised intelligence. Panel discussions will cover pressing themes such as “Robotics Renaissance: AI’s Role in Automating the Physical World,” “Inside China’s AI Revolution,” and “Human-AI Collaboration: Unlocking Creative Potential.”

The three-track stage setup will highlight both the transformative potential and ethical implications of emerging AI tools and frameworks.

Spotlight on Innovation and Competition

This year’s summit will also introduce the inaugural NEXT Hackathon, where 15 developer teams will prototype generative AI solutions tied to the summit’s thematic pillars. These solutions are expected to push the boundaries of what's possible in applied AI, particularly in sectors like finance—where firms like Xero (ASX:XRO) are exploring intelligent automation and reporting systems.

In parallel, ten early-stage companies will participate in the Genesis Startup Competition, competing for a prize pool of more than US$200,000. This platform offers AI-driven startups the opportunity for enterprise matchmaking, investor visibility, and hands-on mentorship.

Immersive Labs and Speaker Lineup

Attendees will be able to experience cutting-edge AI technologies firsthand at the Breakout AI Labs and Community Hubs, designed to promote live collaboration between researchers, developers, and enthusiasts.

The summit boasts an impressive speaker lineup, including Emad Mostaque, Balaji Srinivasan, Benedict Evans, and Sharon Zhou—with over 150 more names expected.

Global AI Industry Surges Ahead

The momentum behind the event mirrors the broader AI boom. Global investment in artificial intelligence jumped 62% in 2024 to reach US$110 billion, and 78% of companies now integrate AI tools into operations, according to McKinsey.

SuperAI 2025 stands as a testament to the growing relevance of artificial intelligence, offering a glimpse into the future of tech innovation, investment, and cross-sector collaboration.
