North Stawell Minerals extends shareholder offer deadline to late July
Funds raised will support exploration at Victorian gold tenements
GBA Capital confirmed as lead manager for the capital raise
Gold sector company North Stawell Minerals Ltd (ASX:NSM), listed on the All Ordinaries, has extended the closing date for its current non-renounceable entitlement offer. The adjustment provides additional time for eligible shareholders to participate in the capital raise designed to fund exploration programs across key Victorian assets.
The revised offer period now concludes later in July, with the company citing the need for shareholders to fully access and process entitlement materials within the required time frame.
Offer Structure and Fundraising Objectives
The entitlement offer grants eligible shareholders the right to purchase additional shares in proportion to their existing holdings. The offer forms part of a larger equity raise initiative, which aims to accelerate activities at the Darlington and Lubeck Tip tenements, both of which are located within the prolific Stawell Mineralised Corridor.
This corridor has historically supported large-scale gold systems, making it a strategic focus area for North Stawell’s ongoing exploration agenda.
Lead Manager Appointment and Recent Placement Activity
GBA Capital has been appointed as lead manager for the current offer. The firm is facilitating the share issuance, which is aligned with the company’s broader capital management strategy.
Prior to the entitlement round, North Stawell completed a private placement. Through this, new shares were issued to assist in achieving near-term exploration goals, further reinforcing the company’s focus on mineral discovery within its regional tenements.
Company Overview and Exploration Direction
North Stawell Minerals is a dedicated Australian explorer committed to uncovering significant gold deposits in Victoria. The company’s strategic landholding spans an area with a strong record of mineralisation, providing a foundation for its long-term exploration programs.
