Greenland Minerals Reports 1H20 Results, Kvanefjeld Rare Earth Project Advancing Well

Greenland Minerals Limited (ASX:GGG) is operating in Greenland with a focus on the Kvanefjeld rare earth project. Notably, the longer-term picture for rare earths remains extremely robust.

GGG has reported its activities and financial report for the half-year ended 30 June 2020. During the period, it was engaged in mineral exploration and project evaluation, with other activities mentioned below:

  • Greenland Minerals made progress through the permitting phase of the Project, with EAMRA’s EIA review to conclude by mid-September.
  • In April, effective documentation of a deposit of exploitable minerals in the license area was approved by the Greenland Government.
  • It was reported that by-products would be produced in the course of producing the RE intermediate product. They may deliver economic and environmental benefits.

The Company reported net assets worth $ 95,507,000. While cash and cash equivalents stood at $ 6,859,000 at the end of the financial period.

GGG traded at $ 0.265 mid-day on 10 September 2020.
