IPO corner: Regener8 Resources (ASX:R8R) makes ASX debut today

Regener8 Resources NL (ASX:R8R)  listed on the ASX on Friday at 12 PM (AEST). The shares of the gold miner listed at AU$0.18, down 10% from the issue price of AU$0.20. In the early 20 minutes of trade, the stock traded in the range of AU$0.17 to AU$0.18.

The miner had earlier successfully raised AU$5.5 million at 20 cents per share via its initial public offering (IPO). Regener8 Resources had appointed CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd as lead manager for the public offering.

Regener8 Resources’ Kookynie Project is situated in the Kookynie district of Western Australia (WA). The firm is proposing the acquisition of tenements comprising the Kookynie (Niagara) Gold Project in WA from GTI Resources to become a junior exploration firm.

“Regener8 intends to investigate its underexplored tenements located in the heart of this district, with a view to adding value, whilst traversing lightly on country and in a climate sensitive manner,” according to the official website of Regener8 Resources.

Other ASX listings in July

July would see a number of IPOs getting listed on the ASX. Shares of MetalsGrove Mining (ASX:MGA) made their debut on the ASX on 6 July 2022 at 1 PM (AEST). Earlier, MetalsGrove Mining successfully raised AU$7 million at an issue price of AU$0.20 per share through its IPO. The company had appointed Ventnor Securities Pty Ltd as lead manager of the public offering.

A bunch of other companies are scheduled to get listed on the ASX in July, one of which is Botala Energy Ltd (ASX:BTE), whose listing date is 14 July 2022.The company, which is focused on exploration and development of coal bed methane (CBM), had raised AU$7 million.

Another company set to list this month is Chalkos Metals Ltd (ASX:CKM). A mineral exploration company, Chalkos is set to list on the ASX on 20 July 2022. The company had raised AU$8 million.
