Tempest Minerals Limited (ASX: TEM) has announced expansion of its mineral exploration landholding in the Yalgoo region by 195km2 to in excess of 1,000km2  after successful application and acquisition of five highly prospective licences adjoining its projects.

According to the company, the region has not been explored but delivered strong exploration results in 2022. So, there lies a great opportunity for major discoveries in the region.

The increased landholding of the company includes extension along three Yalgoo exploration fronts – Meleya, Messenger, Euro.

Shares jump over 8%

Triggered by the update, TEM shares gained over 8% to trade at AU$0.026 midday on 15 February 2023.
