As icing on the cake, Executive Director Lindsay Dudfield will be assuming the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from completion of the spin-off and proposed initial public offering (IPO) of shares in Dynamic Metals Limited.

Dudfield will be working in the capacity of CEO of the company, which will look for a permanent candidate to fill the role and lead it to the next development stage of the US-based McDermitt Lithium Project.

Note that Dynamic will be the primary vehicle for the Australian resources of Jindalee.

McDermitt Lithium Project

Jindalee highlights that McDermitt is one of the largest lithium deposits in the US. It holds indicated plus inferred mineral resource of 1.82 Bt @ 1,370ppm lithium (1,000ppm Li cut-off) for 13.3 MT LCE.

McDermitt covers 54.6km2 and is wholly owned. In addition to obtaining highly encouraging metallurgical results, the company has recently received high-grade lithium assays.

The current focus is on upgrading the mineral resources from inferred to indicated category as well as adding new resources. Meanwhile, the company is building and strengthening team, both in the US and at Board level, while engaging with US end users and accelerating environmental studies and project permitting.

JRL shares traded at AU$2.170 on 28 November 2022.
