First patient has been dosed in the intratumoural combination arm of the OASIS trial.

The patient with colorectal cancer was dosed at Northwestern University.

As part of the OASIS trial, the company intends to expand to 10 clinical sites and recruit approximately 40 patients.

Imugene Limited (ASX:IMU) has announced the dosing of the first patient in the intratumoural combination arm of its ongoing Phase 1 onCARlytics (CF33-CD19) trial. This trial is part of the broader OASIS trial, which is investigating the potential of IMU’s CD19 oncolytic virotherapy in patients with metastatic or advanced solid tumours.

The first patient, diagnosed with colorectal cancer, was dosed at Northwestern University.

IMU shares were trading 2.17% higher at AU$0.047 apiece at the time of writing on 11 November 2024.
