More on aircore drilling
The selected areas for aircore drilling were positioned along strike from the Lily Pond Well Mineral Resource, hosted by the Barnicoat Shear Zone. Also, the campaign aimed to analyse REE targets associated with magnetic anomalies.
The samples collected during the aircore drilling campaign have been sent to the Bureau Veritas Laboratory, located in Perth. The samples will undergo testing for low level gold, REE and nickel.
The company has also retained a 1m split of each metre sample for follow up analysis.
Assay results are anticipated in approximately two months.
Based on the findings from the aircore drilling assays, the company plans to conduct further drilling at the tenement. Although additional targets have been identified, they were not covered in the current drilling campaign.
