Appen Limited (ASX:APX) offers data solutions and services related to machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence applications for technology businesses, auto manufacturers across the globe. Its subsidiaries are Leapforce, Inc., Mendip Media Group Limited etc. The foundation of the APX was laid in 1996 and is based in Chatswood, Australia.

On 25 March 2019, the company announced the change of interests for one of its directors Mr Mark Brayan. The director now directly owns 192,768 ordinary shares and 232,583 performance rights. He indirectly owns 261,443 ordinary shares. Previously, the director directly 288,303 ordinary shares and 232,583 performance rights. Also, he indirectly held 51,898 ordinary shares.

In its recently released full-year results for the period ending 31 December 2018, the company recorded revenue of $364.3 million, strong growth of around 119%. The stock has consistently been performing well, which had been reflected in its return of 138.59% in the last 1 year and 59.34% return in the last 6 months.

Bravura Solutions Limited (ASX:BVS) leads the global supply of software and professional services for sectors like superannuation, pension, life insurance etc. Its subsidiaries consist of AB Prodata, Bravura Facility Pty. Limited, Ipaax Holdings Limited etc. It was founded in 2004 and is domiciled in Sydney, Australia.

On 28 March, the company announced changed in interests of one of its directors, Brian Mitchell. Brian indirectly acquired 19,629 ordinary shares at $5.40 per share, now holding total of 2,019,629 fully paid ordinary shares.

Recently, BVS notified the market about ceasing of the substantial holder, Vinva Investment Management effective 20 March 2019. Also, in the recent past, the company provided an update on interim dividend of 5.3 cents per share for the period ending 31 December 2018, to be paid by 28 March 2019.

The company recorded an outstanding 1H19 results throughout all key metrics for the period ended 31 December 2018. By the end of the 1H19 period, the revenue of the company rose to 24% to A$127.4 million from A$102.9 million in 1H18. The Group’s 1H19 EBITDA rose 28% to A$23.8 million from A$18.5 million in 1H18. The Group’s 1H19 NPAT rose 15% to A$16.3 million from A$14.2 in 1H18.

The stock of the company closed the day’s trading session at A$5.470 (as on 29 March 2019), up by 0.37% from its previous close. It has a market capitalization of A$1.17 billion with 214.25 million shares outstanding. The stock has generated the yield of 95.34% in the last 1 year and its YTD return stands at 43.42%.

Xero Limited

Xero Limited (ASX:XRO) functions as a software as a service entity throughout the world. It provides Xero, a cloud-based accounting software which joins small businesses to their advisors. Its subsidiaries include Xero (UK) Limited, Spotlight Workpapers Ltd, Max Solutions Ltd etc. The company was founded in 2006 and is based in Wellington, New Zealand.

In its half-year report for the period ended 30 September 2018, the company recorded that the operating revenue increased by 37% PCP (33% in constant currency terms) to $256.5 million. The cash flows from operating activities for the half rose to $36.0 million, a substantial improvement from $15.1 million in the previous corresponding period. The EBITDA stood at $16.8 million, compared to $15.6 million in H1 FY18.

The stock of the company settled at A$48.650 (as on 29 March 2019), up by 0.89% from its previous close. It has a market capitalization of A$6.79 billion with 140.77 million shares outstanding. The stock has generated a yield of 40.01% in the last 1 year, and its YTD return stands at 14.95%.
