Capital Mining Limited CMY (ASX:CMY) â The control of the Company returned to the directors with the execution of the Deed of Company Arrangement on 7 September 2018. With two project areas in New South Wales, a larger spread of lithium projects and one nickel sulphide project in Western Australia and a lithium project in the Republic of Ireland, Capital holds gold, base metal and lithium exploration projects. The issue of 25,456,573 shares announced on 13 March 2018. The cash and cash equivalents at end of quarter June 30, 2018 was at $372,000. The earnings per share (EPS) was a negative -0.256 AUD representing a restrained profit. The stock is currently under the suspended status, but it last traded at a market price of $0.005. In the last one year the stock has seen a performance change of -83.33% with the current market cap of $1.01 billion the stock is a small cap segment stock.
