  • Parbec and Victoria projects to benefit from focused geological leadership

Canadian-based Renforth Resources (CSE:RFR), a company operating in the gold exploration sector, has confirmed the appointment of Martin Demers as its new Vice President of Exploration. The move comes as the firm accelerates its geological efforts across the Parbec and Victoria gold projects in Québec and Ontario.

Renforth's exploration activities are centered in Canada’s prolific gold-producing Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The Parbec project, located adjacent to a major operating mine corridor, continues to be a central focus of the company’s development roadmap.

Veteran Geologist to Oversee Key Exploration Initiatives

Martin Demers has been active in the Abitibi region for more than two decades. His career has spanned various stages of mineral development — from field operations through to full-scale mining execution. Demers previously held a leadership role at the Casa Berardi Mine during its restart phase under Aurizon Mines, now operated by Hecla Mining (NYSE:HL).

In his new role, Demers is expected to guide the technical direction of exploration at Parbec while contributing to the planning of upcoming fieldwork and geoscientific interpretation across other active tenements.

Strategic Planning Underway at Parbec and Victoria Properties

The company has confirmed plans for stripping and bulk sampling activities at the Parbec site later in the year. In parallel, Renforth continues its broader prospecting and exploration programs, leveraging Demers’ prior asset development background to inform and support on-the-ground decision-making.

Demers’ addition to the executive team aligns with Renforth’s intent to progress its portfolio with enhanced geological insight, especially as drilling programs ramp up in the Victoria project area.

Recent Capital Raise Strengthens Operational Flexibility

In support of ongoing fieldwork and upcoming sampling plans, Renforth Resources recently secured additional capital through a unit offering. The placement involved the issue of shares alongside attached warrants, providing flexibility to fund the next stages of exploration.

This funding positions the company to continue advancing both its Parbec and Victoria gold holdings, with technical leadership now reinforced by the new appointment.

Exploration-Focused Outlook in the Canadian Gold Belt

Renforth Resources remains committed to expanding its footprint within Canada’s renowned mineral districts. With a sharpened focus on geological planning and execution, the company is poised to navigate its next exploration phases with strengthened oversight and strategic alignment.
