Mr. Cronin is currently the Managing Director of the investment & consulting group Pierce Group Asia where he is responsible for its technology-focused corporate development and investment activities Meanwhile, the stock price of the company has risen by 44.44 percent in the past six months as on 10 January 2019. UBN’s shares traded at $0.038 with the market capitalization of circa $26.62 Mn as on 14 January 2019.
