Viva Energy REIT (ASX:VVR) has announced that it has received another waiver relating to the review event that was initiated by Viva Energy Group Limited (ASX:VEA) selling its 35.5% shareholding in Viva Energy REIT.
The terms and condition of the facility remain unchanged and no fees were to be paid by Viva Energy REIT to secure this waiver. Also, requisite waiver from the lenders have been received linked to debt facilities of total $976.7 million.
Viva Energy REIT is under discussion related to the review event with the lenders on the remaining $120 million facilities.
