St Barbara Reports First Quarter Progress

St Barbara Limited (ASX: SBM) has reported its first quarter report for the period ended 30 September 2019. The consolidated gold production was 87,569 ounces compared to 86,197 ounces in the prior quarter.

  • All-in Sustaining Cost (AISC) for calendar Q1 FY20 was $1,421 per ounce.
  • Production at Gwalia was impacted during the quarter (ventilation constraints and lower grade).
  • Integration of Atlantic Gold safety systems was reportedly progressing.

By 1:35 PM AEST, SBM was trading at $2.54, up by 0.6% relative to the last close.
