Red 5 Reports December 2019 Quarter- Sales and Cost Surges, while Production Declines

Red 5 Limited (ASX: RED) reports December 2019 quarter activities with gold production of 23,346 ounces of gold at its Western Australia gold operations.

  • The gold production slipped by ~18.50 per cent against the previous quarter.
  • However, gold sales surged by ~11.29 per cent to stand at 27,740 ounces.
  • The all-in sustaining cost (or AISC) surged by ~10.30 per cent to stand at $1,628 as compared to the AISC of $1,476 during September 2019 quarter.
  • The company kept the production guidance for FY2020 at 110,000-120,000 ounces with the AISC guidance between $1,350-$1,500 per ounce.
