Platina Resources Limited (ASX: PGM) has applied for an exploration licence (E 09/2423) at Mt Narryer South, 580km north of Perth. The exploration licence lies 300km north-west of the Challa Gold Project, the recently acquired project in WA by PGM.
Covering 165km2, the application area is located within Yilgarn Craton, a prodigious gold producing province, home to several successful mining operations.
After securing the tenement, the Company plans to commence field activities to identify targets for future drilling.
