eMoney, payments and identity technology player iSignthis Ltd (ASX: ISX) responded to a number of ASX queries on 28 October 2019, and notified that there was a decline in ISX’s revenue and cash receipts from customers in the December 2018 half year, due to supply chain issues related with its former settlement bank, Kobenhavns Andelkasse Bank, and the new user privacy policy which Apple implemented in September 2018.

Moreover, the Company amended the policy for recognising R&D tax incentive revenue in 2017, the explanation of which in the annual report was amended, following a technical review of expression of the accounting standards in the course of the audit by the auditors.

The Company’s stock remains suspended until further notice, and last traded on 1 October 2019 at $1.07.
