IGO Intends to Allow Panoramic Offer to Lapse on 17th January 2020

Australian-headquartered diversified mining and exploration firm, Independence Group NL (ASX: IGO) has recently announced that its intension to allow off market takeover bid for all of the shares in Panoramic Resources Limited to lapse at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 17th January 2020.

The Company has also declared the following:

Ø  It has determined that it does not intend to waive a number of defeating conditions of the Offer that have been breached.

Ø  It will give formal notice on the status of the defeating conditions on 9th January 2020.

Ø  It has determined that it does not intend to waive a number of defeating conditions of the Offer that have been breached.
