The result of second survey to analyse Household Impacts of COVID-19 is mentioned below.
- As an effect of COVID-19, around one-third or 31 percent of Australians stated that their household funds had deteriorated. Whereas, 55 percent reported that it remained unchanged.
- As compared to 2017-18 National Health Survey, nearly twice as many adults suffered anxiety (for example restlessness or nervousness).
- Nearly 28 percent of Australians stated the receiving of payment of economic support from Commonwealth Government.
With a sample size of 1028 people, the information was collected via. telephone, from 14 April to 17 April 2020 and covered the entire Australia.
