Ellex Medical Lasers Limited (ASX:ELX) provided an update on the conditions precedent following clearance from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) on 11 June 2020 and the anticipated timetable for completion of the sale of Ellex Lasers & Ultrasound to Lumibird Group SA.
Both the Companies project that the transaction shall complete on 30 June 2020 as previously disclosed.
Post announcement, ELX last quoted at A$0.675 and climbed by 9.756% intraday on 26 June 2020.
