Electronics Boutique Australia Undertakes to Compensate Customers for Online Video Game Fallout 76 game

An Australian video game and entertainment software retailer, Electronics Boutique Australia Pty Ltd has undertaken to refund its consumers after admitting that the retailer is likely to have misled consumers about the consumer guarantee rights in relation to problems with the online video game Fallout 76.

Consumers complained the ACCC about the Electronics Boutique representatives advising the customers that they were not eligible to a refund after they suffered a range of shortcomings with the Fallout 76 game, involving problems with servers and bugs in the game.
