Corazon is seeking to raise up to $963,958 through a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer by issuing over 481.9 million shares at an issue price of $0.002 per Share together with a free attaching option for every share issued.
For every 5 shares held by an existing shareholder, 1 fully paid ordinary shares can be applied for under the offer.
