Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation offloads stake in CDC Data Centres – Infratil

Infratil Limited (ASX:IFT) has reported that its investment partner Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation sold half of its 48.2% stake in CDC Data Centres to the Future Fund in December 2019.

IFT continues to hold 48.2% interest in CDC Data Centres, which is valued between $1,274 million to $1,604 million, according to a latest independent valuation.

The company has welcomed its new investment partner – Future Fund, which is Australia’s sovereign wealth fund.

At around 1:21 PM AEDT, IFT was trading at $5.21, down by 2.06 per cent from the previous close.
