CIMIC Group Extends its Contract on Southwest PPT and Sydney Metro

The Northwest Rapid Transit Consortium (NRT), including Pacific Partnerships and CIMIC Group companies UGL have extended its existing NRT Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract on Sydney Metro.

The contract was granted in 2014 and now it has been extended by Sydney Metro.

  • The contract includes UGL delivering the radio system and extending its existing services on the newly opened Metro North West Line;
  • These contracts will deliver revenue to CIMIC Group Limited (ASX: CIM) of approximately $366 million.

At AEST 01:02PM the stock was trading at $33.720 per share, down by 0.059% from its previous close.
