Bunji Signs Agreement to Acquire Pure Foods Tasmania Pty Ltd

Bunji Corporation Limited (ASX: BCL) has signed a sale agreement with key shareholders of Pure Foods Tasmania Pty Ltd (PFT) to acquire 100% of the company. PFT owns as well as operates Tasmanian Pate which is one of the largest pate businesses, and Woodbridge Smokehouse, a boutique producer of ultra-premium Tasmanian smoked salmon and trout in Australia.

Once the transaction gets completed, the current directors Nicholas Young, Peter Woods and Shaun Hardcastle would be resigning from the board and a new board which include the present director of PFT will be appointed.
