BHP Group Limited (ASX: BHP) appointed Mr Mike Henry as the Chief Executive Officer, post a thorough succession process. Mr Henry would be taking up the new role from 1 January 2020.
- Mr Andrew Mackenzie would be retiring as CEO on 31 December 2019.
- Mr Henry brings in an experience of 30 years in global petroleum and mining industry.
- Mr Henry joined BHP in 2003, starting with business development, followed by marketing and commodity trading, among other roles.
