Beach Energy’s Production Dipped by 2% in December Quarter

Beach Energy Limited (ASX: BPT) reported sales revenue of $462 million, up 6% in December quarter, however, production was down 2 per cent to 6.41MMboe as a result of the scheduled month-long Kupe shut down and lower gas customer nominations.

Key highlights:

  • Western Flank oil production increased by 13% to 1.8 MMbbl;
  • Kupe full plant statutory shutdown was completed on time and on budget In November 2019;
  • Overall drilling success remained at 83% of the 53 wells completed in Q2 FY20.

At AEDT 01:05PM, the stock was trading at $2.620 per share, up by 0.769% from its previous close.
